Way Better Than Goal-Oriented Sex

Sexual connection (with ourselves or with a partner) can either be a deeply enriching experience, or it can be a bypass - an avoidance.

Often, goal-oriented sex or masturbation can be an avoidance of really being present and intimate with your partner or yourself.

This might even be unconscious to you - you might not realize that part of your fixation on the end goal of orgasm is because you are seeking to feel a certain way, or to relieve yourself of something.

There's nothing inherently "wrong" with a quick fix once in a while. But it's important to have awareness that your true sexual fulfillment and nourishment is not found in the quick fix.

Part of the reason that so few women experience

life-changing, transformative internal orgasms

is because this depth of pleasure and opening takes time... like 45 minutes minimum of connected lovemaking with yourself or your lover.

Slow down. Breathe deeply together (or on your own). Savour the moment and tune into the subtle sensations in your body.

Through goal-oriented sexual experiences we are often seeking a release of some sort - a letting go.

But the type of letting go that will deeply satisfy that need for release is experienced through surrendering into the present moment and letting go of the shit that you've been holding on to.

This includes letting go of expectations and your fixation on orgasm.

If you aren't sure what you're holding on to, you can start to get clarity by asking yourself why you feel the need to rush or reach a certain goal in your sexual experiences. What do you really want? What are you avoiding?

Your sexual experiences can and should be a journey into your true depth, uncovering who you are, and thus helping you to unleash your true self into the world.

If this speaks to you and you're ready to experience more of what I'm talking about - join us in Viva La Vagina and discover the pleasure, power, and fulfillment that awaits you!
