Secrets to Pussy Power

Months ago I wrote an article on healing pussy pain.

Since then, a friend opened up to me that she is experiencing pussy pain so bad that she’s currently unable to be penetrated.

Note: Even if you don’t experience pussy pain, stay with me…

You’re likely to have an aha-moment in this post!

So when I suggested some of the internal healing practices I teach,

Her answer was no!

My friend’s pussy pain is currently so intense- 

That my favourite practices like the yoni egg practice & self-yoni massage are off limits for her.

She’s experiencing thoughts like:

“What’s wrong with me??”

And she’s struggling to enjoy intimacy with her amazing partner.

There’s no doubt that “unexplained” pussy pain is confusing, frustrating, & limiting.

But here’s my take on it:

Nothing is “wrong” with her!

There is one crucial step to healing pussy pain (and connecting to the power of your vagina) that ALL women need to know.

And it’s simple:

Listen to your vagina.

Whether you are experiencing pussy pain or not, your vagina is always telling you something!

Pussy pain is simply your vagina telling you something in a really LOUD way.

If your vagina is always in pain, or experiencing pain during sex,

She has an important message for you!

So, how do you listen to your vagina?

1. You have to be open to the idea that you can "hear" your vagina's messages to you. (Obviously).

2. Try this...

This practice is something I do nearly every day.

It helps me tune into my deep desires, and to notice when I've allowed my boundaries to be crossed.

It illuminates my true purpose, and strengthens my intuition.

In addition - it contributes to more fulfilling sex & relationships.

(The natural outcome of listening to your pussy).


To begin, find somewhere quiet & private.

You'll need to feel safe to relax and open up, so that you can really tune in to yourself.

For me, this often means taking a bath or laying down on my bed.

Once you've gotten comfortable, take a few deep breaths down into your belly.

Imagine drawing your breath into your pelvis & vagina.

Notice your body relax & become heavy, as the stress & tension melts away.

Place one hand on your heart, and one hand on your yoni (vagina).

Simply ask your yoni how she is doing (out loud), and if she needs to tell you anything.

Be patient, and notice what comes up. Wait, feel, observe...

By bringing all of your awareness to your vagina and just observing, your intuition will likely tell you something.

It may be that your yoni wants more attention.

Or maybe your body feels tense, and you can feel that your yoni is afraid to open up.

It may be that she wants you to be gentler with her.

In fact, some women that have a lot of tension & pussy pain need to spend time simply listening to their yoni rather than doing physical practices.

When their yoni is experiencing pain or tightness, this is an indication that she doesn't feel safe to open.

In this case, if you force the internal vaginal practices too much, it can cause your yoni to tighten even more.

Basically, the pain and tightness will continue until you finally FEEL, EXPERIENCE, & RELEASE what your yoni is holding on to for you.

This may include traumatic sexual experiences, or even something "minor" like having sex in the past when you didn't fully want to.

Or being penetrated too early. (Very common).

Your first priority should be to listen to your yoni and allow her to feel safe.

Which means that if she is tight and doesn't want anything inside her - don't put anything inside her!

Even in the name of healing.


... that is the essence of listening to your vagina.

The first step to healing & awakening the power of your pussy.

The next step - involves the physical practices you've likely heard me mention.

Self-Yoni Massage, the Yoni Egg Practice, & Self-Pleasure.

Introducing self-yoni massage...

Yoni massage is a beautiful, healing experience that results in YOU being more connected to your vagina & your true self.

But it requires some courage.

It requires you to FEEL some things that you may have been trying NOT to feel for quite some time.

It's about the internal exploration of your yoni.

And naturally, when you go deep inside the yoni, you go DEEP!

The inside of the vagina is associated with layers of emotion and experience.

So when you start massaging & awakening this part of yourself, you can uncover some uncomfortable stuff.

But you will also uncover your power.

Are you ready?

I'm going to be honest - it would be challenging to explain the ins & outs of yoni massage in a blog post. Its something I'd much rather describe via video or in person.

I want you to feel really equipped & confident in doing this.

But if you are keen the experience the benefits of self-yoni massage, you can begin your self-exploration quite easily. 

Simply use a high quality curved wand (my favourite is the cervix serpent), and intuitively massage your yoni.

There is no "wrong" way, as long as you are listening to your vagina (as I described above).

HOWEVER,

There are certain principles that will make your self-yoni massage much more healing & powerful.

Breath. Sounding. And understanding which areas of the vagina are associated with certain emotions/experiences.

It's true that you can uncover certain emotions with some predictability, depending on where you massage in the vagina.

And when you use certain breathing & sounding techniques, the discovery & release that can occur is profound.
