Mookaite Jasper is an Australian Jasper which only comes from Mooka Creek in the Kennedy Ranges of Western Australia. It comes in a variety of astounding earthy colors. It is a calming, anti-aging stone and is also an ideal stone for use during meditation. Mookaite is a nurturing and grounding stone, instilling a feeling of stillness.

1. Slow down. Ground yourself.

2. After cleansing, add a moisturizing serum to your neck and face.

3. Use the Gua Sha to apply gentle pressure, massaging downwards & outwards along your chest, shoulders, & neck.

4. Keep the Gua Sha tool at a 15 degree angle to the skin (almost flat but not quite).

5. Then switch to an upwards & outwards movement along your jawline & face (i.e. move from the centre line of your face towards the hairline).

6. Finish with downward stokes on the neck to promote lymphatic drainage and remove the extra fluids and toxins.

7. The more you use your beauty tools the more intuitive this will become, as you’ll naturally start to “sense” which areas of your neck & face require more attention.
