The Value of Radical & Forceful Expression

The first time a new energy is learning to express itself through you, ⁠ ⁠

It will come through with a lot of force. ⁠ ⁠

This force is required to break through the resistance that once kept the thing from being expressed. ⁠ ⁠

Then comes the contraction. ⁠ ⁠

For example: you finally decide to share your truth on something and you do so with enthusiasm... “Here it is!!! I can’t keep this in any longer!”⁠ ⁠

Followed by: shame, fear, and the urge to hide... and even questioning why you shared to begin with. ⁠ ⁠

The big expansive breakthrough, followed by the big contraction.⁠ ⁠

This is why, with any collective movement, there is a big swing in one direction, then back the other, and so on, until the energy can come into balanced expression. ⁠ ⁠

This means that a big contraction is not necessarily a bad thing. It can simply be an indication that new energy expressed itself. ⁠ ⁠

This also means that something which appears radical or unnecessary to you, may be completely essential for someone else - for them to come into their full expression. ⁠ ⁠

And this occurs on a collective level of consciousness. ⁠ ⁠

When something new is wanting to emerge, some people may be “assigned” the role by Spirit to embody & express the new collective energy that is wanting to emerge more strongly than others. ⁠ ⁠

Trust in what is wanting to emerge through you in this moment, even if you can’t yet see how it is serving on a greater level. ⁠ ⁠

And if you are being invited into a big expansion, offer compassion & gentleness to yourself in the contraction ✨⁠
