Listening to the Body Creates Change (Short Excerpt)

 

I have found that the deeper I can listen to my body, the less I need to "do" anything for change to occur.⁠ ⁠
Whether it is painful patterns, emotional wounds, fears, etc - when I can observe the subtlety of these things being felt in the body, they shift & integrate on their own.⁠ ⁠

There is no "process" I need to go through, other than simply being present to what I notice with gentleness & compassion.⁠ ⁠
⁠ ⁠
In this way, everything becomes an exploration rather than a "problem" to be solved.⁠ ⁠
