The first step to being WET all the time is to STOP overriding your yoni's lack of wetness 💦⁠

When you aren't wildly lubricated, do you honour that message for what it is?⁠

Because when you allow yourself to be penetrated when your yoni is not a full yes, you are deeply confusing & disrupting the integrity of your body.⁠

You're breaking trust & safety within yourself.⁠

You're promoting a lack of clarity within.⁠

You can't recognize a full YES if you are not willing to recognize NO.⁠

In my opinion this is one of the reasons to pursue conscious celibacy...⁠

When you commit to saying NO for a determined period of time, you create space to start recognizing what is actually a YES.⁠

But when you allow your yoni's boundaries & wisdom to be violated (even on seemingly "subtle" levels) over and over again,⁠

It is almost impossible to feel clear discernment within your body.⁠

If you want to be WET all the time, you can experience this by following your body's YES 💦💦💦⁠

But you can't align with your "yes" if you can't first honour your "no"⁠
