The Pleasure Wand is designed to internally sensually massage the yoni (vagina). You may use your wand in the following ways:

• solo or partner play
• slowly move the wand in & out of your yoni, bringing your awareness to the subtle sensations you experience as you do this
• gently massage the cervix with light pressure & deep breathing
• angle the wand to stimulate your g-spot for pleasure (best to do this with curved pleasure wands)
• massage your belly & inner thighs with the wand (this can be very pleasurable!)
• play with temperature by running your wand under hot or cold water first (careful not to drop it in the sink!)

All orders are shipped within 3 days of order placement. Upon being shipped, customers receive an email with a tracking number for Canada Post or DHL Express.

• Orders within Canada are shipped as an Expedited Parcel via Canada Post, and take 1-3 days to arrive to you. (In rare cases it can take up to 7 days).
• Standard orders to USA are shipped via Canada Post, and take 4-7 business days to arrive to you.
• Express orders to USA are shipped via DHL Express and take 1-3 days to arrive to you.
• Standard orders to other International destinations are shipped via Canada Post, and take 6-10 business days to arrive to you.
• Express orders to other International destinations are shipped via DHL Express and take 1-3 days to arrive to you.

We ship discretely! Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates that sexual or pleasure-related contents are inside.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a no return policy (no refunds or exchanges) except in the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival. In this case, customers should email courtney@empoweredwoman.ca immediately and must be able to provide photo evidence of the damaged product. We will then provide an immediate replacement at no extra charge.

We do not take responsibility for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered (i.e. parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will happily re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.

If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, we file an investigation with Canada Post. If your tracking number indicates that the parcel has been delivered and you have NOT received it, please contact us courtney@empoweredwoman.ca

If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happy re-ship the order provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.

We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by The Empowered Woman.
